The Batumi Oil Terminal Ltd signed a Collective Agreement with the employees of the Company.
On August 17, the General Director of the Batumi Oil Terminal Ltd Murat Jumadillayev and the Chairman of the Employees Labor Union of the Batumi Oil Terminal Ltd David Doborjginidze, representing the interests of all company employees, have signed a Collective Agreement for the next three years. During the signing, the participants confirmed the legal significance and the legal nature of the Collective Agreement, and obliged to fulfill it during the entire period of validity.
“The Collective Agreement is the foundation of the social policy of the Company. The previous Collective Agreement, signed in August 2014, completed its action. The new version of the Agreement has retained the social support of the workers despite the changes in the Labor Legislation of Georgia,” - noted the General Director of the Batumi Oil Terminal Ltd Murat Jumadillayev.
