Cargo transshipment by the Group of companies of
Batumi Oil Terminal LLC exceeded 6 million tones
As of November 1, 2025, the total volume of cargo transshipment through
the berths of Batumi Sea Port LLC exceeded 6 million tons, which confirms a
stable growth dynamic and the efficiency of the
operational activities of Batumi Oil Terminal LLC, a subsidiary of KazTransOil
JSC — the National operator of the main oil pipeline of the Republic of
Kazakhstan.
This
result became possible due to optimization of the production processes and the
development of partnership relations with shippers from Kazakhstan and other
countries of the Region.
The increase in transshipment volumes was mainly ensured by the growth of
the processing of the container, ferry and certain nomenclature of the dry
cargo compared to the same period in 2024, by the stable supply of the oil
products of Kazakh origin, as well as by the increase in the light oil products
volumes.
Farhat Tashibaev, General Director of Batumi Oil Terminal LLC,
noted:
“The result achieved is a sustainability performance and reliability of
the Group of Companies, the high discipline and professionalism result of the
whole team. We continue to strengthen the role of Batumi as a key link in the
Trans-Caspian International Transport Route, ensuring stable supplies and
supporting the economic ties (relations) between Kazakhstan, Georgia and the
countries of the Black Sea region.”
The Group of Companies of Batumi Oil Terminal LLC is
consistently implementing the Efficiency improvement strategy of the transit
routes of KazTransOil JSC and strengthening the status of the Batumi port as a
strategic center of the energy and logistics infrastructure of the region.
