CEO of KazTransOil JSC Holds Strategic Session on the Development of Batumi Oil Terminal and Batumi Sea Port

 CEO of KazTransOil JSC Arman Kassenov held a strategic session focused on summarising the expected performance results of Batumi Oil Terminal LLC and Batumi Sea Port LLC for 2025, as well as defining key objectives for the coming years.

 During the meeting, the current operational performance and future development prospects of KazTransOil JSC’s assets in Georgia were reviewed. It was noted that by the end of the current year, Batumi Oil Terminal LLC and Batumi Sea Port LLC are expected to ensure stable and uninterrupted operations, fulfil planned cargo transshipment indicators, and maintain high standards of industrial, environmental, and operational safety.

 The CEO of KazTransOil JSC emphasized the importance of enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing production processes, and implementing modern technological and digital solutions. Special attention was given to attracting additional volumes of liquid and dry cargo, potential infrastructure upgrades, development of human capital, and strengthening the safety culture.

 The strategic session also defined priority objectives for the coming years, including the growth of cargo turnover and strengthening the competitive positions of Batumi Oil Terminal LLC and Batumi Sea Port LLC in the Black Sea region.

 Following the session, specific instructions were given to the management of the companies aimed at ensuring sustainable development, long-term efficiency, and the achievement of KazTransOil JSC’s strategic goals.
