Summing up the results of 2021 and analyzing the results of work in the new conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we can say that the staff of Batumi Oil Terminal LLC proved to be a real team of professionals in a difficult environment, which created the most convenient and relevant mechanisms for interaction: promptly rebuilt processes , actively introduced new digital technologies that have helped and will help in the future to effectively manage resources and establish teamwork between all structural divisions. All this makes it possible to ensure the continuity and perfection of all business processes in the Company, and also creates a powerful team spirit as a rebuff to the current difficult situation. The spread of the insidious virus in the world continues. But even today we can say with confidence that we have managed to quickly and effectively respond to this challenge, putting the safety of each employee as the most important link in the company in the first place in a number of priorities.

Throughout the year, we carried out activities to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among the Company's employees. As part of the measures, the mask regime is observed on the territory of the Company, the temperature is taken at the entrance, the premises are regularly disinfected, antiseptics are installed, since April 2021, 8% of employees have been transferred to a remote form of work, medical workers are daily bypassing canteens in order to check sanitary conditions and carry out preventive measures against coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

I would like to express my special gratitude to all those employees who showed responsibility and were vaccinated against the coronavirus infection, realizing that their health and the health of loved ones depend on it. The number of grafted employees is 68% of the total number of employees.

I think that the main result of the outgoing year is that we managed to keep the team and provide the safest possible working conditions for each employee. The company fully fulfilled its obligations to employees, all due payments were saved and made in full and on time.
