Implementation of EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017

1) In connection with the implementation of the new version of the standard EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 "GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR "COMPETENCE OF TESTING AND CALIBRATION LABORATORIES", the employees of the Batumi Oil Terminal, namely the employees of the oil and gas testing laboratory, the environmental monitoring testing laboratory and the IMS and standardization, successfully completed distance learning at the International School of Technical Legislation and Quality Management LLC and received certificates for the following qualifications:

Laboratory specialist in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (10 employees)

Internal auditor of the laboratory in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (5 employees)

Operational quality control of tests. Estimation of decision uncertainty based on test results. Practical use of accuracy values (ISO 5725 part 6) (1 employee)

Capabilities of chromatographic analyzers in testing laboratories: gas and liquid chromatography (5 employees)

Quality manager of the testing laboratory in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (3 employees).

2) On June 23, 2021, a fire-tactical exercise for the personnel of the "Shop for receiving and transshipment of dark oil products" was held in the Batumi oil terminal, together with the outsourcing company LLC "Fire Safety, Maintenance" and the Adjara General Directorate of the Department of Fire and Rescue Forces of the Emergency Management Service Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
